This Privacy Policy describes how NipponLab ("we", "us") handles information in connection with this website and the NipponLab content publishing application.

This website is a static informational site. We do not require registration, we do not collect personal data from visitors, and we do not use tracking cookies.

2. Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service that collects only aggregated, anonymous traffic metrics. It does not track individual visitors across sites and does not store personal identifiers.

3. Use of the TikTok API

The NipponLab application uses TikTok's API services solely to publish educational video content to the official NipponLab TikTok account, operated by us. Specifically:

• The application accesses only the NipponLab account, with the account owner's authorization.
• OAuth access tokens are stored securely on the operator's own infrastructure and are never shared with third parties.
• The application does not collect, store, or process personal data of TikTok users, followers, or viewers.
• Data received from the TikTok API is used only to manage and publish our own content.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.

5. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)

In accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data concerning you. Since we do not collect personal data from visitors, such requests will rarely apply — but you may contact us at any time to exercise these rights.
